Brian Everett is a celebrated tattoo artist and pioneering figure in the body art community, best known for his mastery of photo- realism and black-and-gray portrait tattooing. Based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Brian founded Route 66 Fine Line Tattoo, where his exceptional skill and artistic vision earned him a worldwide reputation among tattoo collectors and professionals alike.
Brian's leadership within the profession has been equally impactful and spans several of the tattoo industry's most influential organizations. He was one of the first presidents of the Alliance of Professional Tattoo Artists (APT), serving for five years and helping to establish early standards of professionalism within the field. He later served as President of the National Tattoo Association (NTA), guiding efforts to promote artistic excellence, advocate for tattoo artists, and elevate public recognition of tattooing as a legitimate art form. More recently, Brian served for three years with the American Food and Drug Officials (AFDO) as one of five chairholders representing the body art division, contributing to the development of industry standards and nationwide support for professional artists. In addition to his artistic and organizational achievements, Brian remains deeply committed to health, safety, and education within the industry. He currently serves as a committee member for the National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), contributing his expertise to the development of best practices and guidelines for body art professionals.
Brian is also a respected tattoo convention promoter, helping to build and sustain major industry events that connect artists, collectors, and educators. He is a longtime promoter of both the Motor City Tattoo Convention and the Albuquerque Tattoo Fiesta, events that have become important gathering points for the international tattoo community. Brian Everett's career reflects not only exceptional artistic talent but also decades of leadership, mentorship, and advocacy, making him one of tattooing's most respected figures.
Steve Joyner has over 37 years of piercing experience and has been an active member of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) for 25 years.

Steve is an international instructor, specializing in Aftercare, Aseptic Techniques, Freehand Techniques, Legislation/Regulations, Studio Set-up, Sterilization, and Body Suspension. He has assisted 37 states and 9 countries in regulating Body Art and the art of public suspensions.
Steve has been involved with suspensions and performance art for over 28 years, first performing with Traumatic Stress Discipline (TSD) for 5 years. Then as the Founder and Director of the internationally acclaimed Constructs of Ritual Evolution (CoRE). Originally based in Houston, then expanded to Los Angeles and Oakland/San Francisco, CA. Currently in Washington State.

Along the side of being a Body Piercer, Instructor, Performer, Director, and Suspension Artist; Steve is also a Branding and Scarification Artist, Subject Matter Expert, Technical Advisor, Consultant, performs Extreme Modifications, and an Actor. Educator within the BDSM/Leather/Kink/Fetish communities; working with Living In Leather, Deviant Desires, and many communities.
His work in the body modification industry has been featured on Guinness World Records Primetime with Allen Falkner, HBO's RealSex, The Tyra Banks Show, Modify: The Movie, the movie Sanatorium, twice on Ripley's Believe It or Not, and Oddities: San Francisco. He has also served as a consultant for a number of films and videos in which body modifications appear. In addition, he suspended Matt Zane/Society1 for Dave Navarro's internet television show Spread TV, and suspended Tabitha Stevens for E Channel's Dr. 90210.
