Inktegrity Inc. is a Delaware nonprofit corporation, exempt under §501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 41-4565235). It is the neutral convening platform of the tattoo, PMU, and body art industry, where manufacturers, distributors, studios, practitioners, regulators, academic researchers, and medical professionals come together to develop standards, share evidence, and hold the industry accountable to the public.

Your donation supports Inktegrity's independent research, public education, multilingual outreach, and the operation of the open stakeholder forum where industry standards are built and refined. Inktegrity's standards work is conducted independently of any single member or sponsor.

Donations are collected by the Tattoo Industry Manufacturers Alliance, Inc. (TIMA) as authorized agent for Inktegrity Inc. pursuant to a written affiliation agreement between the two organizations. 100% of net contributions (after payment-processor fees) are remitted to Inktegrity Inc., which will issue a contemporaneous written acknowledgment for tax purposes. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. No goods or services of substantial value are provided in exchange for contributions, except as permitted under applicable regulations. Donations are generally non-refundable; contact admin@tima-tattoo.org within 30 days regarding any donation made in error. Recurring donations can be canceled at any time."
